Delivery and Payment
General Terms
The company LLC “NYUVEY WOOD” (New Way Wood) manufactures and supplies parquet boards in accordance with the terms set out below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed instantly — without waiting or unnecessary delays.
Payment
The parquet board is manufactured according to the buyer’s individual order.
The production period is up to 40 (forty) business days from the date of receipt of an advance payment of 80% of the total order value.
The remaining 20% of the total order value is paid by the buyer before shipment of the goods from the Seller’s warehouse.
Payment may be made with VAT or without VAT to the account of a sole proprietor (FOP), depending on the selected payment method and the agreed terms of cooperation.
* LLC “NYUVEY WOOD” is a VAT payer under the general taxation system. We provide originals of all required documents: invoice, delivery note, and tax invoice, which is registered by the seller in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

Delivery
Shipment of the goods is carried out after full payment of the order. Before shipping the purchased goods to the client, our staff inspect them for compliance with all quality criteria and the absence of any defects, prepare all necessary documents, and package the goods for transportation.
The delivery time and cost are determined by the selected transport company in Ukraine in accordance with its tariffs and transportation rules.
Delivery of the goods is at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed by the parties additionally in writing. Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by transport companies at the carrier’s tariffs.
Self-pickup from the warehouse is also available at: Vynohradiv, Torgovaya St., 22.

Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sun: CLOSED
Liability of the Parties
The Seller ensures proper packaging and transfer of the goods to the carrier.
The Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the goods upon receipt from the carrier.
