Return and exchange of goods<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the products in accordance with the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Consumer Protection\u201d.<\/p>

Return and exchange conditions:<\/strong><\/p>

    \r\n
  • Return or exchange is possible only if a document confirming the purchase is provided<\/strong> (invoice, delivery note).<\/li>\r\n
  • The goods are accepted in the original, unopened packaging<\/strong>, without signs of installation, use, or damage.<\/li>\r\n
  • The product must be fully complete and preserved in marketable condition.<\/li>\r\n
  • Transportation costs for returning the goods are paid by the buyer<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed separately.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

    Important:<\/strong>
    Unpacked or partially used goods are not subject to return or exchange<\/strong>, except in cases where a manufacturing defect<\/strong> is detected that could not be identified at the time of receipt.<\/p>
    \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Manufacturer's warranty New Way Way<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    All New Way Way<\/strong> products are covered by a manufacturer\u2019s warranty<\/strong>, provided that the rules for transportation, storage, installation, and operation are observed.<\/p>

    The warranty does not apply in the following cases:<\/strong><\/p>

      \r\n
    • violation of installation technology;<\/li>\r\n
    • use of non-recommended materials or tools;<\/li>\r\n
    • failure to comply with temperature and humidity requirements;<\/li>\r\n
    • mechanical damage after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
      \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      Refund<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      In the event of any concerns regarding product quality, the buyer must contact the manufacturer before installation begins<\/strong>.<\/p>

      To submit a claim, it is necessary to:<\/strong><\/p>

        \r\n
      1. Provide the invoice or delivery note number.<\/li>\r\n
      2. Describe the nature of the issue in detail.<\/li>\r\n
      3. Attach photo or video materials showing the identified defects.<\/li>\r\n
      4. Provide access to the product (if necessary\u2014for technical inspection).<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>

        After receiving the claim, New Way Way<\/strong> conducts an inspection and determines the cause of the possible defect.
        If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the manufacturer:<\/p>

          \r\n
        • carries out a product replacement<\/strong>, or<\/li>\r\n
        • offers another equivalent solution<\/strong> (compensation, credit, etc.).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>
          \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          Procedure for reviewing quality complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          The refund is processed within 7 banking days<\/strong> from the date a positive decision on the return of the goods is made.
          The funds are returned to the buyer\u2019s bank account from which the payment was made.<\/p>
