Return and exchange of goods
The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
Return and exchange conditions:
- Return or exchange is possible only if a document confirming the purchase is provided (invoice, delivery note).
- The goods are accepted in the original, unopened packaging, without signs of installation, use, or damage.
- The product must be fully complete and preserved in marketable condition.
- Transportation costs for returning the goods are paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed separately.
Important:
Unpacked or partially used goods are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is detected that could not be identified at the time of receipt.
Manufacturer's warranty New Way Way
All New Way Way products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, provided that the rules for transportation, storage, installation, and operation are observed.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- violation of installation technology;
- use of non-recommended materials or tools;
- failure to comply with temperature and humidity requirements;
- mechanical damage after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
Refund
In the event of any concerns regarding product quality, the buyer must contact the manufacturer before installation begins.
To submit a claim, it is necessary to:
- Provide the invoice or delivery note number.
- Describe the nature of the issue in detail.
- Attach photo or video materials showing the identified defects.
- Provide access to the product (if necessary—for technical inspection).
After receiving the claim, New Way Way conducts an inspection and determines the cause of the possible defect.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the manufacturer:
- carries out a product replacement, or
- offers another equivalent solution (compensation, credit, etc.).
Procedure for reviewing quality complaints
The refund is processed within 7 banking days from the date a positive decision on the return of the goods is made.
The funds are returned to the buyer’s bank account from which the payment was made.
